These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Designr-X (“we,” “our,” “us”). By applying for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Designr-X provides:

  • Website design and development

  • Website management and updates

  • Conversion and lead generation optimisation

  • Local SEO setup and performance monitoring

All services are custom-built for each client.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Setup fees are due upon purchase of a package.

  • Monthly management fees are billed in advance.

  • You may cancel monthly services at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Prices are correct at the time of purchase and subject to change for future clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information and content for their website

  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals or updates

  • Understand that results (enquiries, sales, traffic) are not guaranteed

We are not responsible for content accuracy, third-party integrations, or business outcomes.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Monthly management fees are cancellable at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds.

  • Refunds are only considered if services have not been delivered or in exceptional circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Designr-X retains ownership of website design templates, code, and systems until full payment is received.

  • Once paid, clients own their website content and design.

  • You may not copy or redistribute Designr-X’s proprietary tools or templates.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if a client breaches these Terms.

  • Clients may terminate services at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Designr-X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or business opportunities.

  • Services are provided “as is” and while we aim for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to online business services in the United Kingdom.
